On the 8 of December, 2003, the United States Congress passed
the "Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography
and Marketing Act of 2003" also called the CAN-Spam
Act or Act.
President Bush has indicated that he will sign this and,
when he does so, the CAN-Spam Act will establish for the
first time a uniform national standard for the regulation
of commercial emails.
The Act defines commercial e-mail as any e-mail message

trustworthiness. The results suggest that the quality with

is completely overhauled to include a retractable dome and
luxury skyboxes. Several days after publication, the item

The willingness to believe the worst of a given topic plagues
certain cultures. Take the Americans and Internet gaming.
What percentage of the industrys many opponents, in
America and, indeed, globally, actually believe that some

Not only that, some of these same companies actually provide

in Europe.
More than 14 millions european gamblers.
The latest research from Nielsen//NetRatings, the Internet
research specialists, reveals that more than 14 million
Europeans, or 14% of those online from home, visited a gambling
and sweepstakes site in February. Gambling and sweepstake
sites were most popular with French and Swedish surfers,
but have yet to make a mark in southern Europe, with less
than 10% of Spanish and Italians logging on to gamble.
