At first, being webmaster of this site is just an hobby and I do not run this site as if this was my only source of incomes. And believe me, living on your sites is not an easy task to achieve. I 'm I.T. consultant in real life.
I started building websites as an hobby since 2001, and started on a free host designing an hamster site ( no joke ok ?). At this time, I even didn't know it was possible to earn money with a website. |
Some months later, I had realized that people could earn money selling lots of different things on the web, and I began to feel interested in doing the same thing. I started as webmaster of a small adult site, marketing some videos and gallery pictures. I was glad to see I could earn around 30€ a month ! Waw ! That was funny. During this time I learned lots of things concerning the marketing of websites and so on...But it was though and thougher. Too much competitors, not enough surfers. And maintaining such a business is not easy when you begin to have a family. I decided to leave this business.
Later, with a friend, I launched a website selling Belgian beers. The thoughest thing in this business is that you have to take care of every aspect : website, search engine optimization, invoices, buying the boxes, buying the beers, packaging, shipping all the stuff to the USA (90% of the time), dealing with the customs, having an agent on place, problems with the shipping company, broken boxes, and so on...Not so easy huh ?
At the same moment, I launched a website selling ringtones. That's a cool small business I think. But what could you write or read as content ? Is there much to say about a ringtone ? I don't think so. It's good as a second or third business.
Now, I've found myself involved in the gambling world. I think many things are to be said and written on this. Especially for the European public, where online gambling is not as natural as it is for the English speaking persons. Online gambling is after all, a specific American/British business. As I said in my introduction on this site, Europe and Asia are the next targets for online casinos and believe me; one day or another you will do online gambling and you will love it.
So voilà comme on dit chez nous, I left a picture of me taken at the office, drinking coffee as usual. I was born in 1973, I'm married and father of a boy since end 2004.
