Casino Tropez is a Playtech Casino, and the first thing I'll say about it is that I'm very impressed by the installation speed and the graphical style of this technical choice. All the installation process is quick and smooth. I wonder if, technically speaking, Playtech solutions could maybe better than Microgaming ones. Well, that's mainly a question of choice.
Another thing I really like with Casino Tropez is that it offers a real multilingual environment, going from Dutch to Korean. That's impressive. The website as well as the software automatically detects your language, and that's another good point for the global design of this casino.
As they also offer a 100% first deposit bonus up to 100$/£/€ and only ask to wager 8 times your first deposit + bonus before any withdrawal, I think this casino is a piece of choice for every gambler. But beware, if you want to claim your first bonus and 2nd bonuses, both deposits must be made within one week of your initial deposit. Ok, it was time to begin playing one of my favourites games : blackjack. Blackjack counts towards wagering requirements, that's an important fact to mention. I played at least one hour or so, and was almost at break even. That's probably because I strictly play by the book. As I had 76 comp points, I concluded that I had already wagered 76*10=760$ --> 440$ still to be wagered. It just took me one hour to wager this at blackjack and I managed to reach the 200$ on my balance account, and more than 134 compt points on my fidelity program.
I decided to contact customer support and once more, it was O****** that contacted me. A very quick and polite person, I must say. He quickly checked my account and told me I could go to the cashier and request my withdrawal of 200-75=125$. (Bonus is as usual always forfeited). I wanted this money on my Neteller account, but he told me that is was not possible since I first deposited with credit card.
