I must admit that I wanted to make a quick hit and run and get out with the money. So, I was looking for a new casino with very low wagering requirements and I came across the 24ktGoldCasino.
This casino uses Playtech as technology platform, and it has all you can expect from a great class casino.
The registration process is quick and poses no problem; the installation the same. They send you your user name and password in 2 separate mails for security purposes. I appreciate. You're never to cautious when you play with your money.
I made my deposit with Neteller and had to send an email to customer support to claim my bonus. That was the first problem : while Casino Tropez immediately credit your account with the bonus, at 24ktgoldcasino you have to send them an email. As I played in French, I received the answer from French support...The guy was thinking I wanted to withdraw my initial deposit...what a stupid answer. That's not a good point for the support. After another mail, everything was ok and I had my 150$ bonus.
What about their promotion and bonus policies ? Well, that's the funny part of this casino : they offer you a first 200% bonus up to 200$, and ask that the total amount (deposit+bonus) to be wagered 4 times. Damn, only 4 times !! Where classical other well known casinos require that you play 15, 20x the total amount before withdrawal. As I played in French, the web site was not clear about the reqs, and I had to ask customer support and also check the website in English to be sure.
Of course, roulette, blackjack, poker, baccarat, craps, sicbo and so on don't meet the minimum wagering requirements. So, it's better to play slots or casino war. I opted for the "casino war" game. With 50% luck to win every wager, this relatively quick game will only ask one hour of your time before you meet the requirements. Indeed, after an hour or so, my comp points were > 90, meaning that the reqs were met . I was slightly higher than break event point.
